  • Pre-treatment records (photos, cephalometrics, full mouth xrays, study models)
  • 24 month treatment for normal cases
  • 18 month shortened treatment for selected cases
  • 1 set of temporary retainers for immediate stabilization
  • 1 set of long-term removable retainers or permanent fixed wire retainers
  • A copy of pre-treatment facial/dental photo survey provided at the end of treatment for comparison (out pts’ most favorite item)
